A Smart Digital Twin to Stabilize Return Sand Temperature without Using Coolers

چکیده

In order to ensure the optimal state of recovered molding sand inside a foundry, it is necessary avoid temperature peaks and humidity conditions prior reusing sand. Sand that too hot or without moisture can cause production delays due long mixing process, excessive consumption raw materials, poor agglutination. To stable temperature, many foundries choose incorporate coolers into their however, solution not always viable, either high cost lack space within facility. Another water sprinklers cooling drum which contribute by reducing castings sand, but these systems do prevent from occurring. Therefore, here, we present control methodology, based on digital architecture that, governed an intelligent twin allows us know real situation current rate production, providing suggestions for addition. The obtained system reduces average its variation, as well eliminates peaks, giving more controlled manufacturing process.
